DIY Pen Storage & Display

Long time no blog my sweets! I hope you’re all doing well. I’ve missed writing and sharing my thoughts and well, my endeavors. I wanted to start blogging again and what better way than to come back with a little DIY. Not to mention pen, fountains pens & inks to be exact, are my new favorite thing right now. So as you can tell, I’m going to be sharing with you my stationery storage/pen display that I’ve put together.

I’ve been on a hunt for a fountain pen display for a while and never could find anything that would match my office decor. I stumbled upon this storage system and usually, people would use this for makeup and skincare organization; even jewelry… I saw different. The drawers seem perfect for stationery and oh, look at that wide drawer. So I purchased this 3 drawer, 2 tiers organizer (in gold) $39.98 on Amazon and a ring display organizer… it worked, but I wasn’t satisfied. My ink bottles didn’t fit any of the drawers and the ring display organizer, while it worked, wasn’t perfect enough. Off to amazon & google I went and found what I was missing!

I kept the 3 drawer, 2 tiers organizer (in gold) $39.98 and added this really nice 3 drawer organizer (in gold) $35.55. I stacked the two and to solve my pen display issue, I found these, Slotted Flexible Pen Display Plastic Accessory Tray (4 pack) $16.95. All I had to do was measure, cut and viola! A much better fit for my drawers. I’m so happy be have a place, on my desk, in reach for my fountain pens and bottle inks. So happy with this little setup and it goes well with my office decor.
