Some changes in our Master Bedroom

It’s been a while since I lasted updated you all on our master bedroom. I think my last post was back in August? Well since then, we haven’t made that much progress really. I did managed to score some awesome table lamps at TJ Maxx, bought more pillows, found the softest fleece blanket in the world and finally hung up my mirror.

The bed

I am in love. I bought new sheets, shams, pillow cases and added our old down feather comforter for more fluff! Seriously the comfiest bed ever! (It’s so much harder to get up in the morning now)

I decided to get new shams and pillow cases because the ones we had before were a darker shade of gray and I just wasn’t feeling it anymore. So I went with what is called “Gray Mist” and stuck with whites ♥ I think it looks a lot fresher and brings in more light in the room. (Light bounces better when you use lighter colors) Really happy with how this turned out, though I am still waiting on Pottery Barn order with more decorative pillows. hehe

The rest of our bedroom

Here’s the rest of the room 🙂 It’s still pretty bare, but then again, I don’t want a room that’s jam packed with things for I do not like clutter lol. So this has been working out for us. Though I do want to get a cute tufted bench or chairs; A painting perhaps? Hmmm we’ll see.
