At this time we only accept payment via Paypal. We do not accept cash, checks or bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before your items will be posted.
Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and duties fees incurred.
All coupon codes cannot be applied to past orders and orders that have already been placed. Coupons and codes can only be applied to new orders upon purchase.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail.
» Expected delivery time within the US is 3-5 business days.
» Expected delivery time outside the US is 7-20 business days.
We ship throughout the week.
We do not process orders on Saturday-Sunday and US Holidays.
Ready To Ship Items
Orders with only “Ready to Ship” items will ship 1-3 business days after the order have been placed.
Made to Order Items
Orders with “Made to Order” items will ship 3-5 business days after the order have been placed.
* Note that some international orders will include tracking if the shipping address provided is verified by PayPal.
* Shipment may vary during sale events/specials/new releases. Depending on the amount of orders I receive during these times, I may not be able to complete everything on time. Make sure to follow us on Instagram to see updates on when we are doing shipments. Thank you for understanding!

Policies
Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges
All sales are final sale.
There will be NO order cancellations or changes during sales events/specials/new releases.
I can not combine multiple orders. Please make sure that you have applied the correct coupon codes (if any), I will not refund you for making that mistake.
I do my best to provide you with top quality items and describe everything as clearly as possible in the listings. Please read all descriptions carefully before making your purchase. Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis. All orders are thoroughly checked for quality and packed with care before shipment.
If you would like to request a cancellation of a non-sale item, it must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Missing mail falls under that category.
If the post office has lost your order, please file a claim with them. All returned items will be charged a fee for reshipment.

What does “Processing order” means?
I have received your order and is in the process of being made/shipped.
What does “Completed order” means?
Your order has shipped out and should arrive in a few business days.
Where’s my order’s tracking number?
All orders are shipped via PayPal.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from PayPal (make sure to check your junkmail/spam, sometimes it tends to land there). Also, you can find your tracking number by logging into your PayPal account. If you’re having troubles finding it, please shoot me an email (chardulak(@)icloud.com) with a copy of your Order Receipt and I will be glad to help.
