Guest Bedroom & Bathroom Updates
I’m so excited to finally share with you our guest bedroom and bathroom! ♥ Let’s start with the Guest Bedroom. The guest bedroom served as my storage for the past year and finally this year I decided to purge and really put the room into use. Also, we’ve had guests coming so much more this year than the last so it’s really needed. Unfortunately, I do not have a before and after photo of what this room used to look like, but I can tell you that we did paint it from a salmon color to a greige and changed the carpet.
Wall Paint Color: Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray
Ceiling Paint Color: Sherwin Williams Quiet Whisper
I think I did a pretty good job achieving what I listed above, though I do feel that it’s turned a bit too girly >.<; I really wanted to just use whatever decor and furniture we already had. The only new thing that I purchased for this room was the headboard. Oh! And the curtains too! I didn't want to purchase a whole bunch of items because in the near future, this will be a nursery/kid's room.

I also decided to put a desk + chair in this room. Eventually, I plan on changing it into a dresser and installing a tv (maybe). Again, this will be our future nursery/kid’s room, so it will totally change then.

Chair – Kirklands (I painted the legs white)

Now onto our Guest Bathroom ♥ We didn’t do much in this room except for painting the walls. Eventually, we plan on removing the medicine cabinet and laminated countertops, also replacing the sink and all the hardware (drawer pulls, faucets, etc.) For now, this is what it looks like.
