Let me begin by saying how grateful I am to have what I have. Never in my wildest dream did I think I would ever have a “beauty room” and here it is ♥ I take pride in what I do and am really thankful for all the opportunity that has come my way. I’m also thankful for you all who has supported me through the years because in all honesty, I wouldn’t be here doing what I love to do without you. So thank you from the bottom of my heart.
A little over two years ago, my now husband and I graduated college and moved into our first home together. Even though we did live in a house together during college, I don’t consider that as a “home.” So in all technicality, this is our first home. Over the two years we’ve been here, I was able to really create the space that I wanted to be in. My dream makeup room, even though, lets be honest, decorating is never done. I’m always switching things up and moving things around; though I can say that I have finally gotten my “style” on home decor 🙂 I’m loving everything and even though this is “my beauty/office room,” if you were to walk around our home, every room flows well together – which makes me so happy! Anyways, I welcome you to my little “woman cave,” haha! Where all the YouTube magic happens ♥ I hope you enjoy looking around and don’t forget to give the video a thumbs up 😉 xoxo

Charmaine your room is absolutely gorgeous, there’s not one thing that I don’t like in your room. I wish I was in the US, I’m a Filo in Australia but you gals have so many more amazing things, I get so jealous when I hear things were bought from TJ Maxx, Michaels and Jo-Ann’s…ARRGH!
I just wanted to ask, the Macaroons from Urban Outfitters…what is it? Is it just decorations? Your magazine rack that you hang on your wall, is that wire or acrylic? Love that design that you have on your drawers + mag rack + drink bar…love that design!
Well done, love your vids and blog…your doing a great job 😉

Your room is gorgeous! I like that you have an area for different tasks (crafts, work, makeup), but it’s all very cohesive. It’s amazing to see your beauty office change so much, yet you didn’t have to go out and get completely new furniture (other than the desk).
A few questions. What size is your Mac? I’ve been looking into getting one, but I’m not sure if the 27″ would be too much. Also, do you do your makeup at your bar cart or at the dresser?
Charmaine Dulak says
Thank you so much! That truly means a lot!
My iMac is, I believe, 21″ 🙂 It’s plenty big enough for me lolll I remember using the 27″ back in college at school and it’s so huge (plus that one would have looked so funny on this small desk).
I used to do my makeup on my dresser but since I now have the bar cart, I do my makeup on there; that’s why I keep all my everyday makeup on it and such 🙂
